Tender Terms and Conditions as amended on 30 April 2012

After succesfull sale of part of non-allocated storage capacity, POZAGAS a.s. performed further steps aiming at improvement of product properties within tender MVP/4/2011. Remaining non-allocated storage capacity amounting to 124 mil.m3 shall be offered since 1 May 2012 all in form of Flexible Product, with no limitation of injection or withdrawal periods determination.

Further modification consists in the modification of allocation rules of non-allocated storage capacity from tendering to First-Come-First-Served (FCFS) mechanism. Registered applicants will therefore get simplified access to contracting of required amount of storage capacity.

All the amendments in Tender Terms and Conditions are marked in yellow. Related amended documentation can be found bellow.

We believe that these modifications will increase the attractiveness of our offered services.
