Personal data protection

POZAGAS a.s. ensures the protection of personal data of natural persons in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and on amendments to certain acts (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”).

Compliance with the obligation to provide information

Information related to the processing of personal data of data subjects is provided by POZAGAS a.s. to the data subjects in accordance with GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act (i.e. at the time of their collection from the data subject or, if personal data was acquired from another source, within a reasonable period after such acquisition).

Rights of data subjects

According to GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act, data subjects have, regardless of the legal basis of personal data processing, the right to access personal data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing of personal data and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic acting as a supervisory authority or to file a motion to commence proceedings on the protection of personal data.
