Publishing of the inside information (Urgent Market Message)
In accordance with the Article 4 (Obligation to publish inside information) of the Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency POZAGAS a.s.does inform market participants on inside information at IIP - REMIT Inside Information Platform (SOLIEN).
Energy legislation
National energy legislation in the area of underground gas storage can be found on website of Ministry of Economy of Slovak Republic and Regulatory Office for Network Industries.
Energy related legislation of Austria defining the regulatory framework and affecting the storage services of POZAGAS a.s. offered on Austrian market can be found on website of Austrian regulatory office E-Control.

Currently there is no planned storage capacity modifications of POZAGAS storage.
